Stace is the Executive Director Commercial at Property & Development NSW. He leads a team that has procured, designed & delivered over 300,000sqm of new flexible hybrid workplace for the NSW government, including some 109,000sqm at Parramatta Square. The team also manages the government’s 1.2 million sqm commercial portfolio across the state. As a senior leader, Stace has some 25+ years property experience including the corporate real estate private sector at ING Real Estate, Panthers Group and Western Sydney University, allowing him to leverage his broad industry network to manage large scale developments, navigate complex planning, handle stakeholder and government relations, negotiate joint venture partnerships, as well as overseeing leasing, asset management and divestment programs.
