Throughout his career, he has successfully negotiated complex commercial deals within the media and technology landscapes, demonstrated effective leadership by leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivered digital projects encompassing websites, apps, and IPTV platforms. Leveraging his extensive experience and life insights, Debs has consistently influenced stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes. Currently, he serves as the Acting Director for Workplace and Property at the NSW Department of Customer Service.
